Wooden Fitness Bench Press

This outdoor gym provides bench press, narrow bench press and shrugs and are available in two stations with different resistances. As standard, this outdoor gym is constructed with fixed locked weight plates. With the bench press, 4 + 9 pcs fixed weight plates as standard and together with the torque arm's fixed weight of 10 kg it becomes as standard a weight resistance of 30 kg on one side and 55 kg on the other side.
